A selection of the automation and AI work I've delivered — in-house at Udemy and for enterprise clients through KPMG, Capgemini, and EVOTEK. ## Featured Case Studies ### Automated License Provisioning — Udemy **Millions of licenses provisioned across tens of thousands of deals, 24/7, zero manual effort.** *The challenge:* License provisioning for closed-won deals was a manual, regionally constrained process limited to a 9-hour daily window — a growing bottleneck between sales and fulfillment. *The solution:* A hybrid architecture using UiPath for orchestration and Workato as the API integration layer. A scheduled UiPath dispatcher queries Salesforce via SOQL for eligible closed-won opportunities (new business, expansions, renewals, ramp deals, resellers) and feeds an Orchestrator queue; performer robots call Workato recipes that execute GraphQL operations against the internal licensing platform — creating organizations, creating subscriptions, and modifying subscription features — then update Salesforce and generate audit reports. Supports parallel processing across multiple robots and multi-SKU enterprise provisioning. *Current work:* Architecting the migration to a fully Workato-native, event-driven design — a ledger-first architecture using Data Tables as the durable source of truth, Event Streams for at-least-once work notification, a transactional-outbox publish pattern, a versioned decision model, checkpointed idempotent processing with classified error handling and retry policies, and automated nightly reconciliation. *Impact:* 100% contract start date accuracy, close-to-provision lag cut by more than half, thousands of hours of manual labor eliminated — fulfillment scales without incremental headcount. --- ### Trial Provisioning in Seconds — Udemy **A multi-hour manual process reduced to a 5–8 second automated workflow.** *The challenge:* Business trial provisioning required manual handling with a median turnaround measured in hours — slowing prospects and Customer Success alike. *The solution:* An end-to-end Workato integration that monitors Salesforce for trial cases, validates required fields, provisions trials via a multi-SKU API — including a custom-built Workato connector for a GraphQL API, developed in coordination with Product Engineering — and posts completion notifications back to the requesting team. Handles standard, sandbox, and enterprise trial types with duration-based routing rules. *Impact:* Near-instant trial creation for CSMs and prospects; median turnaround dropped from hours to seconds. --- ### Tax Form Validation with Intelligent Document Processing — KPMG **Dozens of FTEs saved; 100% of manual effort eliminated.** *The challenge:* Validating thousands of partners' State K-1 schedule forms and footnote attachments was an enormous seasonal manual effort. *The solution:* An Automation Anywhere + IQ Bot solution that scans and extracts data from the PDF forms using trained machine learning models, normalizes and populates report templates, runs validation steps, and delivers detailed findings summaries to stakeholders. *Impact:* Manual validation effort eliminated entirely across the firm's partner population. --- ### Contract Intake with NLP — Title Insurance (EVOTEK) **The equivalent of 100+ FTEs saved on lender contract processing.** *The challenge:* A title agency processed lender contracts entirely by hand — reading emails, downloading attachments, keying data into their ordering platform. *The solution:* A UiPath solution that monitors the company mailbox, identifies valid contract emails, downloads and classifies contracts, digitizes them, extracts dozens of data points using NLP, and submits orders via the client's web services platform. *Impact:* End-to-end intake automated at a scale equivalent to more than a hundred full-time employees. --- ## AI Agents & Agentic Automation - **Provisioning Agent (Workato)** — Agentic extension of the license provisioning workflow, adding intelligent, event-driven decision-making for dynamic provisioning scenarios beyond the core automated process. - **Sales Intake Agent (UiPath)** — Agent on UiPath's agentic platform that validates and routes Salesforce trial/demo provisioning cases: reviews required fields, applies duration-based routing and approval rules, and posts status updates in Salesforce at each stage — replacing manual case review and routing. - **Jira Management Agent (Atlassian Rovo)** — Agent that autonomously creates, updates, triages, and routes Jira work items, reducing manual Jira administration overhead. - Additional custom agents built with the OpenAI Python SDK (function calling / tool use) and on an enterprise AI assistant platform, connecting AI capabilities to internal workflows and knowledge bases. --- ## Additional Projects Smaller-scope projects, grouped by employer. ### Udemy - **Contract Lifecycle Integration (Workato)** — Linked a procurement platform with ContractPodAi (AI-powered CLM) during a platform migration: signature-triggered contract sync, document routing and validation, and a real-time insights dashboard. 1,000+ contracts processed with reduced manual hand-offs and executive visibility into contract volume, velocity, and risk. - **Third-Party Risk Management Intake (Workato)** — Bi-directional integration between procurement and a GRC/compliance platform automating TPRM intake and security review scheduling. Cut vendor security review processing time by roughly 80%. - **Tax Compliance Address Automation** — Automated ingestion of the bi-annual Florida Department of Revenue CST address list into Databricks with an OpenAI-powered address parser updating NetSuite tax configuration.
